well hi there australia,
it’s me, your travelling, friendly, mo-hawked, man that you better all love dearly!
actually, you don’t have to love me, but it can be an option if you would like

enough of that riff raff, tasteless blogging murty, tasteless! c’mon!
well last time we met, i was at annika’s spending a saturday bumming around online as i so often love to do! well much has happened since then, so i will take this opportunity to share!
that morning, hayley headed off to stay with a family from camp. that night, i took annika out to dinner at some fancy restaurant in the mall of america that we had to wait for! but it was worth the wait. i once again visited the apple store and oogled over all the shiny things there until they closed and asked me to leave. we then headed to the cinema’s and saw death race. (by my request. i am the guest after all!) it was a really good movie, in a gross morbid way. but none the less, i will recommend it.
sunday we headed to hosanna church (a massive church), and it was amazing! it was cool walking in and straight away meeting up with my host dad, from when i worked at hosanna for day camp. (he is one of the pastors at hosanna.) but the service was great, and in my opinion, is how sunday worship should be! it was simple, not traditional, refreshing, god glorifying, renewing, and service focused. i really went away feeling sent, which is what we as christian’s should be feeling! anyways, i managed to catch up with some people i’d met through-out the summer and chat.
that afternoon, annika and i headed to the minnesota state fair. it is quite an occasion apparently for minnesota, because “the state comes together”. it’s basically like the adelaide show on steroids, with 100 - 200 thousand attending each day over a period of 12 days. we spent most of it wondering around, and checking out the stuff there. i ate a turkey leg, it was fairly massive! we watched some lame as clown stuff around. they really need to work out how to be funny. no one was laughing… psch, stupid clowns!
the highlight of the afternoon was the bus trip down to the fair, because the bus we were on hit a car! it squashed a car against the barrier because the bus was going to fast around a corner. we had to pull over (eventually), fill out incident forms and pile onto another bus on the side of the interstate! it was fun!

monday morning annika thought it would be funny to fill all my luggage with rice, just before i had to leave, so that was frustrating! but i caught the bus at burnsville, minnesota down to ames, iowa. it was a 4 hour bus ride and extremely uneventful. oh well, can’t expect too much i suppose.
paul picked me up in ames with his friend josh. we had lunch at some american restaurant, then headed to josh’s place and place xbox for 9 hours. fairly unproductive.
the following day we went and played golf. this is the first time i’ve actually gone and properly played golf, so we made sure we did it properly with golf buggies! it was an 18 hole course with a par of 70. i got 146! i really didn’t mind too much, i knew i was going to be terrible, but i made sure i had fun. the funniest thing was at the first hole, paul and i both teed off and it was a great shot. then josh teed off and the ball went about 10 metres. i was laughing my face off while josh was ranting and smashing the ground with his club. oh good times.
paul’s parents found out i’m a keen 500 player, so we played 500 for a few hours one night and i was able to get to know paul’s parent well. they are great people, and i am glad i met them. it was truly a blessing to be able to stay with them for that week.
one of the last major things i did with paul, was volunteer at a concession stand for college football. it was awesome! i got to know a whole new bunch of people and have fun with them, while selling walking tacos. we had too many people in working in the stall, so they let me go and watch the last quarter of the game. it was very entertaining. americans like to have a lot of extra stuff going on while the game is going. (example: cheerleaders and a massive band.) i was standing up next to all the college students, and they were going mental! it was fun watching all the craziness. unfortunately i didn’t have my camera with me so i didn’t get any photos. oh well, its just like what’s in the movies anyway.

friday, paul took me to jared’s apartment, and i said my final farewells to paul (i will miss him).
jared lived at camp while i was there, because he was doing an internship at a company nearby and needed somewhere cheap to stay in the meantime. anyway, he attends iowa state university and lives in an apartment nearby. and he gladly let hayley and myself stay with him for a few days. it was a pretty typical looking apartment, and with 2 guys living there, it was quite dumpy. oh well, it sufficed.
we pretty much hung around all weekend. saturday night jared took us to a baseball game in des moines (40 minutes south). it was the ‘iowa cubs’ vs ‘omaha royals’. this wasn’t the top league, but its sort of like sanfl, so you do get pros playing at times. it was quite cool to watch an actual game, and again americans love making sports entertaining. so they had carts driving round launching out hotdogs and t-shirts into the crowds and music playing and commentators etc. it was ridiculous how much effort they put in to make it entertaining. the cool thing about it was that we got free tickets from some guy handing them out at the gate, was a treat. all in all im glad i went to experience it. (by the way the iowa cubs won 10 - 4)

sunday, jared gave us a tour of the isu campus. it was quite interesting and large! so many buildings spread out all over the place. apparently there are nearly 30,000 students! so i sort of felt i got a small insight on what its like for american college life. we also found a small marijuana plant in the park area!
we also went to the legend state park, which was out of town a little ways. it was nice down there and we checked out the carnage caused by the flooding at the beginning of the summer.

that night i boarded the bus and headed to alabama!
the bus trip was… long… would be the best way to describe it. i had to catch 4 different buses in total to journey down to huntsville, alabama. so i started at ames, iowa at 7pm, sunday; then changed buses at 11pm in kansas city, missouri, the next stop was at st louis, missouri, i think we got in at about 7am. this was cool, because there wasn’t going on except for like the early morning drivers and steam coming out the drains! we then shipped off (well we bussed off actually) a few hours later and i arrived in nashville, tennessee at about 2pm. hung around there for a few hours then caught the final bus to huntsville, alabama. there i met mrs shannon boden, formerly shannon vitarius.

and that is where i will leave you for now…

thanks once again for reading, and you can keep up to date with what i’m doing by checking out my twitter. (which is conveniently place to the right of this.)

love murty!

[update: video added]

well it has come, my time at okoboji has come to a close.

i finished up on the 17th of august when we had a final “hog roast” dinner at our ingham site. the week of camp preceding that was really good though. i was teamed up with 2 other counselors and we had a family of 2 parents and 10 kids! (9 of which were theirs.) they had 3 older boys (13 and 14 year olds) that i got on well with. considering there were so many of them, they got on really well and were all quite mature even at their young age. the parents were a great example of how to raise children and it was great to be apart of their family for the week.
i also enjoyed watching the olympics most nights that week. and it was a glorious moment when australia won gold against the americans and chinese in the womens swimming relay. being the true spirited aussie that i am, i celebrated and made sure every american sitting in the room knew, that we had just won! oh the beauty of that moment!

the final week was different because it was the last time that we were going to be doing these things that we had been doing all summer. it was kind of sad, but at the same time it was good to know that it had come to an end. its tough work being a counselor for 85% of your week. i think the hardest thing at the end of the week was definitely saying good byes. i have been living and working with these people for 12 weeks and built fantastic relationships with them. so its hard saying good bye know that i most probably won’t see them again in this life. but thankfully we had technology these days and we are able to keep in contact through means of the internet and facebook! so it will be exciting to keep in contact and see where people are taken through out their lifetime.

one of the other australian girl there (keziah) was able to get hayley and i a ride back to minneapolis with her grandparents, so that made travel means quite easy. we left from okoboji on monday morning and got to annika’s that afternoon. she worked and then we headed off to gaylord on monday night! (gaylord for those of you who don’t know, is annika’s home town where her parents live.) on tuesday morning hayley, annika, jim (annika’s dad) and i packed up and headed to lake superior. we left at 11am and got there at 8pm. it was a long journey, but we made many stops and saw many beautiful things along the way. it was great to see a whole another part of america.
we arrived at our destination, which was a family friend of the swansons called john. he literally lived out in the middle of a forest in a wooden cabin. but he has an amazing house and was very comfortable. wednesday we headed out for the day to trip around the area and see the sights. i won’t go to in depth in what we did and where we went, but the 3 main things we did were:

- went hiking up devil’s river track. was beautiful and amongst a big aspen forest (i think). had some fantastic views and loads of raspberries

- went to grand portage. this is where the fur trade between the french and native americans originated if i am correct. there was a history museum type thing there which was very interesting to look around and learn about

- went to the canadian border. this indeed was very interesting experience. we had all forgotten to bring our passport along with us, so we were just going to ask if we could put one foot over and take a photo and that was it. apparently the american border control isn’t that lenient. we ended up getting questioned and had to provide id of who we were and whether we were allowed to be in america or not. the security guy expressed numerous times that we could go to jail right then if things didn’t match up. so that was a bit of a shock, but fortunately we were found legal and we were allowed to go freely (without going to canada).

there was a bit more stuff we did, but all in all it was a very full day and we came home exhausted and ready for bed. so we stayed up until midnight and watched the olympics… crazy people!

thursday we made our way back home to gaylord and made several stops again. pretty uneventful trip if i remember correctly. that night i was able to talk to my dad and adele, so that was a great way to top off a great trip.
friday, i slept in and was able to take jim swanson’s mitsubishi spyder convertible out for a drive! it was so cool driving an american convertible. (annika has photos, ill see if i can get them and put them up at some stage.) we drove back to minneapolis and rushed around and i got a bus ticket for next week. then we bummed around while annika worked, and watched mr and mrs smith.
hayley headed off this morning to stay with her one of her families from family camp, and annika is working today. so i get the joy of staying home today, and blogging and catching up on some things. yay!

also, i’m sure you are probably wondering what i am doing for the next few weeks while i’m still here in america. well here is my general itinary:

18th aug - 25th aug: hanging with annika in minneapolis, minnesota

well hello there!
i must apologise to a certain couple of people that this blog will be based on. my parents. i did not forget, i have just not had a whole lot of time to blog lately.

first things first.
happy birthday dad! my father, ian murton turned the big 4 1 on the 5th of august last week. its crazy to think that it was only a year ago when he turned 40 and gave his shaky speech after tea at kaeslers. but it has been a great year for him as a person and him as a dad. he has seen 2 of his children move out of home and begin to grow and mature as young adults. and he is still at home with his wife and other 2 children, being a great father and husband.
my dad has really inspired me a lot through out my life, he has really made a huge effort in raising me as his son and as a man. i can never thank him enough for the countless hours of playing sport with me, driving me places, putting up with my crappy attitudes and stick, and giving me a job when i didn’t have any qualifications. he is also part of the reason i am over here in america.
i have seen my dad grow so much over the years. he started off as a young parent and it took a lot of guts to work stupid hours for little pay just to get our family through. he really took a huge leap of faith to get training and start a business in the computer industry and it was a risk on our family too. but it paid off, and its very encouraging to see the commitment that one man can have towards his dream.
i wish you all the best in your future aspirations dad, and know that i will always support you in what ever you do and where ever you go. i love you so much and have learnt so much from you as well. you really are a great man and you should be so very proud of who you are today and the job that you done with your life and family.

next.
happy 20th anniversary mum and dad! they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on the 6th of august, just a day after dads birthday. i have been there from the start and i know that through this time, there has been ups and downs in various aspects of their lives. but to see the love mum and dad have for each other is such a blessing to me and my sisters. to this day, one of my greatest fears has been my parents getting divorced, and in today’s society it is so easy to give in on marriage at the drop of a hat. and from what i understand, it is definitely no easy feat loving the same person for the rest of your life. but my parents are a testament to a successful and happy marriage. they have stuck through the hard times and rejoiced in the good times. just to see them grow in their relationship with each other and their children has been amazing.
one fact i love about my parents, is that i am in no way ashamed of them. they are the type of parents who i can (and love to) introduce to any of my friends or anyone really and they will be welcoming and friendly and polite.
i also love them dearly because they have become more like close friends to me rather than parents. i see this as a beautiful relationship to have, we have a lot more respect for each other and can talk to each other about a lot of things.

so i would like to wish both my parents god’s richest blessings and i look forward to spending many more awesome years with them and growing closer to them.

just a quick update. last week i was at ingham, it was an interesting week. it started off really hard, because there was different leadership, different environment and different people. but i really had to focus on my boys (had 6 of them, one went home homesick) and i found the week moved really quickly. i ended up having a great week, but i still much prefer okoboji.
i am here again at okoboji, this is the last week of camp and its family camp. this last saturday we had a staff banquet which was a great deal of fun! a few girls told me i looked good! (sexy murty! woo)
hayley and i are slowly working out plans for after the summer. not one hundred percent sure of what i will be doing at this stage, but at this stage i will be spending a week up in minneapolis with annika. we may be going camping at the boundary waters (border between america and canada), that should be fun! then we will be flying over to new york and staying in connecticut with megan (a girl that has been working here this summer). apparently its only a couple hour drive to downtown new york from where she lives. then i will be moving on to alabama and arizona then to san diego. i still need to get in contact with a few people to see if i can stay with them or not yet. i’ll see what happens and i’ll be sure to keep you up to date with it all.

anyways, i need to get to bed.
god bless you all
love murty!

p.s. adele and i celebrated our 7th month anniversary today (on opposite sides of the world) i love that girl so much!

tour of okoboji bible camp

hey guys,
just quickly letting you know what i am doing and what i have been up to recently.

week 7: went to lakeville, minnesota and ran day camp at hosanna lutheran church. its probably one of the largest churches in minnesota with about 4,000 people coming each week. we had about 80 kids and a band playing. it was a real step up in terms of day camp professionalism, and i had a great time. i got to meet up with annika a few nights of the week, so that was great.
that weekend i went out to eat a couple times and went and saw step brothers, it was hilarious!

week 8: stayed on site for this week for family camp. i had 2 families to juggle, the schneider family, and the catus family. both families were fantastic and got to know them quite well and spent some quality time with them. but not nearly enough. we were under-staffed and i had to do quite a few duties which cut into time spent with family. i went out boating and tubing on wednesday afternoon with the catus family. that was so much fun, but i was very sore afterwards.
this weekend we had the quilt auction, which is the camps biggest fundraiser. so we worked hard all day saturday then that night i went and saw the new mummy movie, which was crap in my opinion.

this week i am at ingham, which is our sister camp. it will be interesting, because most of the guys that have gone there this summer, have really not enjoyed it and have been frustrated when they came back. so prayers that it all runs smoothly would be great.

i am also starting to seriously work out what i am doing after summer camp, at this stage hayley and i might be going to new york, we’ll see what happens. prayers for that as well would be great!

i will you all god’s blessings, and i apologise that this couldn’t be more in depth. i’m running short of time these days.

love you all,

well hi there,
for those of you who don’t know me, i’m murty. enough of introductions and more about what i have been doing!
i have now reached the halfway point of my trip to america. it has gone so fast! i can’t believe i have less than 2 months before i need to be out of the country. i really need to make the most of the rest of my time here.

so last you heard i had my second family coming. i actually had 2 families to look after that week (week 5) which could’ve been stressful. but as it turned out, they were close families and stayed with each other in the same cabin. in total i had 2 mums, 1 dad, 2 sons (17 & 18), 1 daughter (12) and 1 girlfriend (17). they were a great bunch of people, very easy to work with and have fun with. they have been coming for like 18 years, so they really enjoyed getting to know me as a counsellor and a person. this made it an enjoyable week for me, just building relationships with them.
i also looked after the senior high kids during bible study and rec time and what not. that was awesome, we were able to delve into the word so much deeper and have good conversations with them. i got to make some great friends, because they were similar age to what i was. overall it was a fantastic week, and i had great fun. i was also in the mime again, i cannot believe how effective that part of the ministry is. it is really an honour and privilege to be apart of it.

last weekend i went and saw hellboy 2. it was quite a good movie, i would recommend seeing it. i was reflecting this week about all the movies i have seen, and there have been some really good ones. but its also been great, because i’ve seen them with a bunch of the staff as well, which always makes for a better viewing.
this week i went and saw wanted, i highly recommend seeing that movie if you a guy! it was fantastic! i am very surprised there wasn’t more hype about it over here. i also saw the dark knight last night. it was a very well done movie, but i’m still unsure about it. for these reasons: i haven’t seen any of the other batman movies before; i was expecting tony stark (from iron man) to rock up at the end; and it was one of heath ledgers last movie he made before passing away. so i have mixed emotions about it. but everyone else raves about it, so i would encourage you to go see it. tonight i’m hoping to go see journey to the center of the earth, looks pretty good.

this last week i was on day camp at rosemount, minnesota. this is basically a suburb of minneapolis. we were at a church called community of hope. it is a church plant from hosanna church which i am actually going to this coming week. so its quite a modern church, with plenty of facilities. we all stayed in one host home this week, with two awesome people, heidi and david. they had a large house which fit us all very easily. but the thing that made it so awesome, was they were so so so hospitable! anything we wanted, food or movies or directions, they were more than happy to give. it was amazing and awesome and made our stay very enjoyable. one of the nights, they let us take out their nice car to go out and get tea dinner and see a movie! i don’t know of many people that would let visitors do that!
for day camp, i had the grade 1’s. they were a great bunch of kids and very easy to work with. in total we had 6 counsellors and about 60 kids. there were a few teary kids at the end of day camp on thursday, so its awesome to know that they love having you there.
i had so much fun with the counsellors and got to know them really well. i really enjoy day camp, because you get more freedom, and get to connect well with other counsellors. there isn’t so much of the spiritual aspect, because you are teaching primary school aged kids, so you can’t exactly have any deep theological discussions with them. but god can work in a servant heart still.

for our tuesday afternoon, we went to valley fair. valley fair is a huge theme park in minneapolis. it has roller coasters. fact: i have never been on a roller coaster. fact: roller coasters scare the poo out of me.
i really was not looking forward to going to valley fair, but i did. it was $20 for a pass to majority of the rides which is great! so i reluctantly went on my first roller coaster, and no joke, screamed the whole way. i was so scared. but it was amazing. i ended up going on the rest of the roller coasters at the park and loved them all so much. i am now addicted to roller coasters. i did not get sick once, nor did i even feel light headed. i also went on a ride called power tower. which pretty much shoots you up about 100 metres and then you fall back down. it was pretty scarey, but i loved it!

[note: just looked outside and it is pouring down with rain...]

so i had an amazing time overall at rosemount, and am really looking forward to lakeville, mn (where hosanna is) for next week. hopefully i can catch up with annika! yay!

i forgot to tell you about my july 4th experience here.
july 4th is quite a big occasion over here. and a considerable amount of people come to the okoboji area for it. so we were encouraged not to go venturing too far, as many people have been known to get hurt during this period.
but back tracking a bit, we celebrated july 4th at camp, on july 3rd..? and we did this by having a counsellor parade, with the families on family camp, lining the streets. i was fortunate enough to be leading the parade with the aussie section. there were 4 of us carrying an aussie flag, decked out in our most australia gear, singing aussie songs. it was great!
july 4th night was friday night so we had no commitments to families or anything, so we had a bbq down on the beach (by beach i mean the lake edge). a group of us went for a little bit of a walk around to another public area nearby, and i was shocked. there was a small area of beach (100m long i suppose), and the whole beach was littered with beer cans and young drunk adults. it really was a shock and a bit of a reality hit. there were a bunch of hispanics collecting the cans for money, but it was just so sad to see how these people were spending there time. if you’ve seen movies like eurotrip, where there are hundreds of young adults not wearing a whole lot and drinking, this is what it was like. very sad. there wasn’t a whole lot we could do, so we headed back to camp.
at about 10 o’clock, the fireworks started up and lasted for about 15 - 20 minutes. so all of us counsellors lined the dock and watch the fireworks on the other side of the lake, was cool.
i was very patriotic that day and had my mohawk coloured in red and blue and white. unfortunately i forgot to get any photos.

well i have brought you up to date with most of my happenings over here. feel free to shoot any questions or comments my way. i have also updated my photos, so feel free to see what i have been seeing.
i only have 4 more weeks of camp and 4 weeks of travelling. and i still need to work out what i am doing after camp! oh well its in god’s hands. no point stressing about it.

well peace be with you all,
love going back to all you guys

i have already told you about the first week of campers. the following weekend was great! friday night i went out and saw ‘the incredible hulk‘. that movie was amazing! i haven’t seen the first one, so i didn’t have any real expectations. but it has a sweet ending! i don’t recall a whole lot more of that weekend, so probably not a whole lot more to say. my friend jori hired a jetski on saturday afternoon as well. that was awesome and i got to ride around on it for a while. it seems kind of dangerous when you start off, but once you get going, it is stupid amounts of fun! but unfortunately, jori actually broke her wrist while riding it!

week 2 i headed to a town called tripoli for day camp, which i briefly mentioned a few weeks ago. i had a really good week that week. i went with a few other counsellors and had the opportunity to really bond well with them. it was a challenging week because the kids are only there for 5 or so hours a day, so you had to really work hard with them. the kids were really quite active as well, so i had to physically step up to meet their demand as well. but once they headed off mid afternoon, we had the rest of the afternoon and evening to do as we pleased. i took the opportunity to catch up with my mum, dad and a few other friends via skype. we also had a few nights where we bonded as counsellors. paul’s host family had an awesome pool, so we took opportunity of that a few times. we also went to waterloo (nearby city) and i had my first taste of burger king (same deal as hungry jacks). we also went to an arcade where paul got addicted to a stupid coin game, and i bought some clothes at old navy. i bought a pair of shorts for $12 and a tshirt for $5. absolute bargain!
my host family was really good. they were really hospitable and friendly and more than happy to help me out where i needed it. it was a pleasure to stay with them. one afternoon i went for a stroll around town and took some photos (there are a few other random photos in there). it was really a nice country town and had a great time there. but it was great to get back to camp and be with the rest of the counsellors.

that weekend i went and watched ‘get smart‘. it was pretty good, but wasn’t fantastic. i may have enjoyed it more if i had seen the tv show when it was on. most of my weekends pretty much consist of:
friday afternoon - practice for saturday worship service
friday evening - go out for a meal, see a movie, go to walmart
saturday morning - sleep in
saturday afternoon - hangout around camp, practice on the drums, practice for saturday worship service, have worship service
saturday evening - go out for a meal, see a movie, talk with people back at camp
then sunday consists of a worship service held at camp, sometimes i play in the service. then a brunch is held in the dining hall for everyone, we spend early afternoon cleaning and preparing for the following week before the campers arrive.

the following week i was on support as maintenance. i was kind of glad, because i had had a really good week before and i felt like nothing could really match up to it. and when you are on support, you have a fair bit of free time. to start the week off i was handed a little duckling by a camper. half of me was like… hmm, just do the manly thing and kill it, it won’t survive anyway. and the other half was like, it will live! you just have to love and nurture it! and me being the wimpy little girly man i am, decided to take it under my motherly wing. it was a pure joy to have it and mother it. it lived through the first night which was surprising to most people, but it died later that afternoon. it saddened me a little bit, but not a whole lot. it was almost a burden, especially when i was supposed to be working. but that night we had a funeral for it. it was an emotional night, but all of the emotions consisted of hysterical laughter due to the eulogy from grant.
my friend grant is easily one the of the funniest men i have ever met in my life (sorry alex). some people have just got it, and he is one of them. just about everything that comes out of his mouth is funny and he has everyone in tears. but at the same time, he does have a serious side to him and i find him very easy to talk to.

back onto maintenance, i struggled a bit that week because as many of you may or may not know, i’m not the biggest fan of manual labour and repetitive tasks. being on maintenance consisted of both of these. i found it difficult to know that i was working to glorify god and not just think about myself. but as usual god prevailed and i got through the week. wednesday night, i went to a driving range with my friend jared and smacked some balls around. that was good fun and i realised how bad i golf i really am!

last weekend i went and saw ‘the chronicles of narnia: prince caspian‘ for $3. i really enjoyed and thought they did a great job. the first one was very good and they had a fair bit to live up to, and they did just that. we went and saw wall-e as well. that movie was so fantastic, that i had to go see it again last saturday night! i highly recommend it when it comes to australia!
i also got up at 6am on saturday morning last week to join in the housewarming party at hannah and adam’s place in tanunda. it was cool to see and talk to a few people, but it killed me sleep-wise! i also had the absolute pleasure of seeing and speaking to my beautiful adele! it was the first time i have spoken to her and been able to see her (via skype) since i have left, it was awesome and i miss her loadfuls! (love you del babe!)
i also have had my haircut and re-bleached, just in case you were wondering…

well i know i still have 1 more week to catch up, so i endeavour to do that soon.

prayer requests: energy, sleep discipline (i’m not going to bed early enough), spiritual discipline (reading the word, praying and meditating), this coming week with my new family
also, a praise request i have is the weather! it has been fantastic. every day for the last several weeks has been sunny and around the mid to high 20’s. cannot complain about that! makes it very easy to have fun outside.

well god bless you all, please feel free to comment or send me an email regarding anything!

love murty!

i had my first week of family camp this week, i had the czipar family and they were awesome!
dad: mike, mum: chi, sons: parker (10), carter (9), daughter: ashley (5), cousins: robert (15), austin (10)
unfortunately they had to head off early and i have just said goodbye to them (2pm thursday). they were fantastic, they have been here before and it was a real pleasure to have them as my family. i will miss them
yesterday afternoon they took me out to arnolds park and to a restaurant called miss ladys. i had the insane taco, which was almost a foot in diameter! i was stupidly full after it, but it tasted amazing. they paid for all the afternoon and evening for me which was amazing of them.
they are a great example of a christian family god bless them!

i have so much to blog about and so little time. i’m hoping this saturday i’m going to get a big one up, or if your lucky, maybe even tonight!

take it easy ya’ll
god bless!
